Required Qualifications:
• University degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• Excellent knowledge of Russian & English (written and spoken).
• Excellent Computer Skills (Windows Operating Systems & Microsoft Office, Outlook). CRM could be an extra advantage.
• Dynamic, reliable and ambitious with a clear career plan
• Strong communication and presentation skills, team member
• Ability to represent the Company at various exhibitions, conferences and events/shows in Cyprus and abroad
• Minimum 2-year experience in Real Estate or related field.
• Available to work on weekends & evenings
Main Responsibilities:
• Implementation of sales & marketing activities
• Advice and support your clients from the first point of contact to the key handover
• Build ongoing professional relations with all clients
• Monitoring & report on sales activities
• Provide support for sales associates
